Accommodation

Accommodation is available for international teams attending the Tigers International Acro Cup 2027.

Teams must choose between Class A and Class B when completing the accommodation form.

All accommodation must be arranged through the organising committee.

Class A – Hotel Accommodation

Hotel accommodation with transport included.

Includes:

• Hotel accommodation
• Breakfast at hotel
• Lunch and dinner at the venue
• Transport between hotel and competition venue
• Airport transfers from Stansted

This option provides a more traditional hotel stay, including shared rooms, and may be preferred by clubs who are used to standard competition accommodation.

Class B – On-Site Accommodation (University of Essex)

Accommodation is provided within the University of Essex campus, located within walking distance of the competition venue.

Includes:

• On-site accommodation
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Walking distance to the competition venue
• Airport transfers from Stansted

Accommodation is based in student-style en-suite rooms, arranged within shared flats or corridor-style blocks.

Unlike hotel accommodation, rooms are single occupancy and cannot be shared.

Rooms are grouped together within the same flat or corridor, and each club is allocated within the same area wherever possible. This allows athletes and staff to remain together while maintaining clear structure and supervision.

This layout provides:

• Close proximity between athletes and coaches
• Clear grouping by club
• A controlled and contained environment
• Simplified supervision for safeguarding purposes

While different from traditional hotel room sharing, this setup is commonly used in university accommodation and provides a safe, practical and well-organised environment for younger athletes.

This is the most convenient and cost-effective option, with no daily transport required.

Important Information

Accommodation must be booked using the official accommodation form.

Accommodation will only be confirmed once:

• Competition entries have been submitted
• The accommodation form has been completed
• Payment has been received
